the ups and downs of life

What a day

I have had a headache for the majority of the day. I am praying it isn’t one of those situations where I have a headache for days on end. It kind of feels that way and I just don’t like it. It’s that dull, aching throb that pulsates. I have taken stuff to try to make it go away. I am about to go to bed and hope that more meds and sleep will stop it. We had a weird sleep last night and the cats seem pretty sleepy right now. I think they will be happy for me to go to bed so they can settle in for the night.

I did go to dinner with a friend that I haven’t seen in a long time tonight. That was nice. I did have a little of the headache while out. I think good conversation and ice cream helped me not notice it so much.

Alright, friends…I just wanted to say hello to you and wish you all a good week. Hope you are well. Good night!
