the ups and downs of life

I love Sundays

I love when Sunday morning rolls around. My weekend starts on Sunday. I don’t have much of a life, but I sure do enjoy some time to myself. It’s nice to only have to converse through the computer or text messages if I choose to. I talk to strangers on the phone Tuesday through Saturday (which ends Sunday morning). I get yelled at and berated by strangers quite often.

So I was looking forward to this Sunday morning soooo much! It has been a rough week. I have just wanted to rest and relax. I do have to clean house but at least I will be home.

I was so glad when I pulled up and saw Chloe waiting on me. The stress of the week started disappearing right then. I smiled. It was nice to be welcomed home by my sweet baby.

Now I get to relax and watch movies for a while. I can just escape for a bit. I can paint and create a world of my own.

I love Sundays.

  1. I love my time at home too…like you, I have to deal with people all the time at work…all the time…often demanding, rude, loud people who are angry about something I had nothing to do with…and it’s my job to appease them…at least I get paid decently to do this…lol Enjoy your weekend…hug on Chloe and regain your balance, so you can do it all over again next week~~

  2. I will hug on Chloe if she will let me! πŸ™‚ She has a mind of her own. Soleil is my snuggly girl. They are both so precious! I love that each one represents a piece of my personality. Chloe is the the shy, untrusting, sometimes bitchy but adorable one. Soleil is the laid back, loves-with-everything-she’s-got girl. πŸ™‚
