Conversations In A Doctor’s Office
I don’t like conversations in a doctor’s office. It doesn’t matter what kind of doctor; the conversation is usually uncomfortable in some form or fashion. It can be about age, sex, or other issues. And a lot of times they pick the most awkward moments to talk and expect a response. For instance, at the dentist’s office they have your mouth wide open and they ask you questions. Do they really think you can respond well? Or do they do it just to see how you respond? Another time I don’t wanna chat is when they’re drawing blood. Sorry, I want them to pay attention to safely and painlessly getting blood out of me and not getting info. Another crazy conversation time is at the gynecologist. Sorry. Pay attention to what you’re doing and GET IT DONE! I don’t want to talk to you while you’re looking at my lady parts.
Am I the only one who feels this way? Surely I’m not.
