Dental Work Woes
Getting older means more and more things go wrong physically. Today’s newest woe is a tooth issue. I have been hurting for over a month and finally got in to see the dentist. I have been suffering daily for a while. There have been instances where the pain has shot to my temple and I thought I was having an aneurysm. I’ve wondered if my head was going to explode from the pain. The dentist and dental assistant told me they were surprised I have tolerated it this long and were amazed I wasn’t in tears. I told them I have been in tears over it. So the verdict is either a root canal and crown with a 35% chance that the crown won’t stay on or it needs pulled. The dentist was very nice and knew I wasn’t sure what to do so she gave me an Rx for an antibiotic and pain pills which will give me time to decide what to do. I don’t have a ton of money to spend and there’s a 35% chance it won’t work to save a tooth. But I really don’t want to lose a tooth. I got my prescriptions and have taken them and am feeling MUCH better. Typically I don’t have such a reaction to pain pills and I am quite grateful for this woozy feeling. So I am trying to decide what to do as far as taking care of the issue. In the meantime, my lovely boyfriend is cooking me dinner. Between him and my beautiful cats I feel much better than I did hours ago. Thank you, Todd, Chloe, Soleil, and vicodin. Love you all!

aww…feeling warm and fuzzy, are you? is that from the boyfriend and the cats or the pain meds? I hope you were able to get it all taken care of and are no longer in pain!
